We accept returns if the product is misplaced by a courier, or received damaged or wrong artwork.

Your artwork will be done within 1-3 working days. Once the portrait has been completed, it will be sent to you for approval on your billing id. If you want any changes, we will try to implement them.

After your approval, the item you ordered will go to print and take approximately 2-3 business days for dispatch.

Once printed, the product will be safely packaged for shipping and shipped directly to your address in about 4-6 business days.
