Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at FestalArt. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our digital paintings. Below is our refund policy to guide you through the process in case you encounter any issues:Note: If any of the following apply, we are unfortunately not able to provide a refund:

  1. Money-Back Guarantee for Preview Dissatisfaction:

    • If you are completely dissatisfied with the preview, we will make necessary improvements to the artwork. If you remain unsatisfied even after revisions, we will refund the full amount, deducting only the softcopy or artist charges
  2. Image Quality Requirement:

    • Quality images are essential for optimal results. If the images provided are of insufficient quality and cannot be enhanced, we kindly ask the customer to provide higher-quality images. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an 80% refund.
  3. Additional Image Preview Charges:

    • In cases where customers request a change of image after the initial preview, extra charges may apply for a second image preview. Please note that if multiple images are uploaded, we will choose the best one for preview.
  4. Incorrect or Misspelled Personalized Text:

    • If the customer enters incorrect or misspelled personalized text and receives the print, we regret that we cannot provide a refund.
  5. Non-Receipt of Approved Product:

    • If you do not receive the approved product, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement.
  6. Applicability of Money-Back Guarantee:

    • Our money-back guarantee is applicable only until you approve the artwork. Once the artwork is approved and moves to Production & Shipping, the money-back guarantee is no longer valid.
  7. Shipping

    • If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address resulting in the parcel being returned to us, and they request a resend to the correct address, we will charge shipping and Return to Origin (RTO) charges. If the customer prefers a refund instead, we will deduct the shipping, RTO, and soft copy/artist charges, refunding the remaining amount.
  8. Is it hand painting?

    • Are all of your artworks hand-painted? Unfortunately, no. Although we create digital artwork from the photos you provide, none of our artworks are physically painted by hand. If a customer requests a refund due to this reason, we are unable to process it.
  9. If a customer wants to cancel their order and get a refund because they think their package will arrive soon, but then they realize later that they didn't read the shipping time on our website, we only refund 80% of the amount.

Lost in Transit:

If the artwork painting is lost in transit by the courier shipping agent, we firmly commit to sending you a new painting, free of charge.

Artwork Damaged or Misprinting:

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us at support@festalart.in  with proof of the damaged product. We will print a new Print/Canvas for you free of charge.

Exchanges or Cancellations

  • We don't accept exchanges.
  • We do accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that refunds will not be issued if a preview has already been provided within that timeframe..
  • Orders that have already been printed cannot be canceled.
